8. Governing law

  1. These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any dispute between the Company and Users shall be resolved in the court of competent jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

Effective date. These Terms take effect on April 25, 2026.
